I was in of some insurance. Googled State Farm and got Andreu(I was calling him Roy. He never corrected me), He found me great coverage, had a great personality. When I called back to speak to him about a question I forgot to ask he was laughing when he got on the phone. I asked him why did he let me call him Roy and not say anything? He said it’s all good, No worries!! He welcomed me to The Family. So if you call State Farm, his name is Andreu!! Not Roy!!
