"My husband and I added a new truck and my husband's info on to our auto policy. E mailed Roy Copeland at State Farm. He's been my agent for years, he's very knowledgeable. "I would steer away from this office and doing business with them. I had several bad experiences in the short time we had a policy. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but thought I’d be doing a disservice to people by not. Their communication is so bad and has now cost me more money."

I am sorry that you had bad experience with our office and each time you raised a concern or asked us to take care of an issue we met that need. Your main issue was with State Farm classifying all carpenters under one classification and you felt you were being overcharge in which you were not. I want to thank you for letting us have the opportunity serve you and your business. "
